Gulshan-e-Iqbal

'Iqbal Goth' (Urdu: 诏賱卮賳 丕賯亘丕賱 ) is a large residential and commercial neighbourhood of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.[1] The name "Gulshan-e-Iqbal" means "the garden of Iqbal", referring to the national poet of Pakistan, Allama Muhammad Iqbal.

There are several ethnic groups in Gulshan-e-Iqbal including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras, Ismailis, etc. Over 99% of the population is Muslim. The population of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town is estimated to be over one million
